cleaning severly tarnished silver coffee service?
i have a beautiful silver coffe/tea service, it hasnt been cleaned in 50 years. most of the tarnish has come off however there are several black tarnish marks i cant get rid of. i have done the aluminum foil/baking soda, wrights silver polish,and toothpaste methods yet these tarnish spots remain - any ideas?
See if you can purchase "MOTHERS" mag wheel polish from local Auto store?
Not too abrasive - shines like crazy!!
