Court Designs
Tuesday, December 14th, 2010Why does MA automatically try juveniles charged with Murder I & II in adult court? Shouldnt there be a waiver
If the Juvenile Justice system is designed to act in the best interest of the child, while protecting the public, why does MA automatically try juveniles charged with Murder I & II in adult court? Why aren’t they sent to a waiver first, to see if their needs and the public’s can be met by the juvenile system instead of the adult court and adult prisons?
Are you serious? So they can do it again because they feel they beat the system.
