Antique Cast
Thursday, November 11th, 2010Healthiest way to grease antique, heavy, almost cast-iron cupcake pan?
The pan has 8 shapes, 4 of each suit if the cards (hearts, spades,etc). I'm tracing the bottoms and making wax-paper shapes to help, but what about the sides?
The girl at the counter told me to use a lot of Crisco, etc.
But if the bottom will come out, can I use a lite coating? Even Pam?
The tin is heavy liek cast-iron, but is light gray.
