If you had terrible service would you play a the mandatory 18 percent gratuity (tip)?
i just seen a thing were a couple was hauled away by police and charged with theft for not paying. (they did pay the bill and tax but not the mandatory tip and it turned out to be $16.00) they say the service was really bad and they had to wait for a hour for there food. she had to go looking her for her self for silver were and napkins and she her self had to go up and ask for refills for her drink at the bar.
