Pedestal Compote
Is it ceramic planter, even exist?
I'm looking for a ceramic planter that looks very special for this could be used by florists in the 60 or 70. I saw a picture of him so I know it exists somewhere. This a white (milk glass perhaps) basket type ceramic shell with a round pedestal base. The base is about 2-3 inches high and the basket is probably about 4-5 inches tall and has a simple network all around and has a row of little ones around the top. The upper edge is rounded around each of the holes. I found a similar piece made by Challinor, Taylor. What I'm looking for is not a good sauce, its more of a planter.
I saw them and had some very long ago. Try looking in the stores of goodwill or on E-Bay on a regular basis.
