Brush Comb

I used to brush/comb my hair hard, can I fix it?

I used to comb/brush my hair alot, and I think it got damaged. I even brushed/combed too hard, and I feel that my hair/scalp is noticeably different. My mom says im paranoid....

But If I continue to comb it properly, would it repair my hair to the way it used to be?

It depends on how damaged it is. Some damage can't be repaired and you'll have to grow out your hair and cut off the damage. Combing and brushing incorrectly can cause split ends, and split ends can't be repaired; they have to be cut/trimmed. Combing and brushing alone cannot repair hair. You need to do hair treatments to get your hair back in good health.
